  • Products must be unused, with tags and in original packaging.
  • Returns/exchanges are not applicable to discounted or sale items.

3-Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fee and handling costs are non-refundable.

4-Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days with clear photos and a description. we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund including any delivery charges you paid for (if any).
